    Scotty,
    Jim and I recently attended your demo and loved it! Now, I need your help. I am a hostess for a bridal shower and cannot be there. I need to make a dish that I can freeze and deliver to the other hostesses. Originally, I was making a stuffed pasta crab dish. Any ideas for me.

    Chef Scotty,
    Thank you for our wonderful luncheon on February 10 in Austin. Not only was our meal a real treat, but my clients and I learned so much about why Viking is the one line of products we will consider for their new home. It was good to see that it’s affordable, and inspirational! We enjoyed meeting an Iron Chef challenger! It was truly a pleasure!
