Milestone Distributors is proud to announce that our executive chef, Chef Scotty Campbell, won the culinary competition at the International Risotto Festival, held this past weekend in Houston, Texas.

Chef Scotty's dish incorporated black truffles, porcini and espresso-smoked beef tenderloin and was chosen by judges for the top prize in a competition against 20 of Houston's top chefs.
